Delete your EnsureU account

Option 1 — from inside the app (fastest)

1. Open EnsureU and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Scroll to Delete account.
4. Select Delete my account, type DELETE to confirm, then confirm again.

You can also go straight to your profile.

Option 2 — by email (if you cannot sign in)

Email support@ensureu.com from the address registered on your account, with the subject Account deletion request. We verify the request before acting on it and respond within 7 working days.

What gets deleted

• Your name, email address, phone number, date of birth and address
• Your password and sign-in details, including any linked Google account
• Exam attempts, scores, practice history and progress data
• Course and paper enrolments
• Discussion posts and comments you created

What we keep, and why

Payment and subscription records are retained, with your personal details removed so they no longer identify you. Indian tax law requires transaction records to be kept, and our payment provider needs them for reconciliation. What remains is an amount, a date and an internal reference — not a person.

How long it takes

Your account is marked for deletion straight away and permanently deleted after 30 days. During that period you can still sign in and cancel the deletion from your profile — this protects you if the request was a mistake or was not made by you. After 30 days the deletion is irreversible and your data cannot be restored.

Before you delete

Deleting your account does not cancel or refund an active subscription. If you have one and want a refund, contact support@ensureu.com before deleting.
